Trick-or-Treating on Garden Place

Garden Place goes all out. The one-block street is a Heights trick-or-treating institution, packed with costumed kids and elaborately decorated stoops. Trick-or-treaters usually start arriving around 4 p.m., and it runs until dusk or until the candy runs out.
