Alloy announces retailer MUJI and bakery Winner to join CardVault in Downtown Brooklyn
Alloy Development has announced that Japanese retailer MUJI and artisanal bakery Winner will join the ground floor retail lineup at The Alloy Block in Downtown Brooklyn.

Alloy Development recently confirmed two new commercial tenants for its Alloy Block project located at Flatbush Avenue and State Street. MUJI, the Japanese lifestyle brand, will occupy 10,000 square feet for its second Brooklyn location, while the artisanal cafe and bakery Winner will open a 2,726-square-foot space.
These businesses will join CardVault by Tom Brady, which opened at the site in March. The development features 505 State Street, an all-electric residential tower, and One Third Avenue, which is slated to become the world’s tallest Passive House building at 730 feet. Negotiations are currently underway for the final remaining ground-floor retail space.
